- Small personal loans or split expenses
- Plans, cancellations and minor social etiquette
- Family favours and routine responsibilities
- Low-stakes office habits and shared tasks
KIABUSE is a comedy game for small squabbles. A good case is one where the absurdity of creating a court case is itself part of the joke. Nobody should feel threatened, exposed, coerced or genuinely judged by playing.

- Violence, threats or coercive control
- Sexual consent or sexual misconduct
- Harassment, stalking or discrimination
- Child safety or safeguarding concerns
- Self-harm, suicide or medical emergencies
- Criminal allegations or evidence
- Serious legal, financial or employment disputes
- Anything where a joke verdict could increase danger
Those situations need appropriate real-world support, professionals or authorities. KIABUSE is not a substitute for any of them, and a cartoon judge saying “78%” would be worse than useless.
Share the joke, not someone’s private life.
A verdict card can contain entered names, the complaint, the game score, the comic ruling and optional mugshots embedded locally in the image. Before sharing, make sure the people shown are happy for the image to leave the device. Once it goes to a social network or messaging service, that third party may retain or redistribute it under its own rules.
Do not enter addresses, bank details, medical information, passwords, private messages or other unnecessary sensitive information. None of that is required to decide who should make the next cup of tea.
No mugshot? The game can still proceed.
A participant may refuse a mugshot. KIABUSE can apply a small game-level “in absentia” credibility penalty. That is a comic mechanic, not a real claim that privacy-conscious people are less credible.
Put a tiny argument through a ridiculous mock trial — purely for the laugh.
